The Challenge

Sabor Auténtico had been a neighborhood favorite in San Antonio for over a decade, but Elena Rios watched foot traffic decline steadily as new restaurants opened nearby and food delivery apps dominated the market. The restaurant had no website, wasn't listed on the SBEC Business Directory, and Elena's only marketing was a Facebook page she updated sporadically. When potential customers searched 'Mexican restaurant San Antonio,' Sabor Auténtico didn't appear in the top 20 results.

Our Solution

Local SEO work included optimizing for 15 high-intent keywords like 'authentic Mexican food San Antonio' and 'best tacos near me,' building local citations, and implementing schema markup for restaurant structured data.
